Our bags are packed, our pencils are sharpened and our feet...well, our feet sort of already hurt. That's right - it's time for the Fancy Food Show in NYC!
Four of us will be heading out this week for the Fancy Food Show in New York City. We're going to peruse the 2,500 exhibitors, the nearly 200,000 products from more than 80 countries, to sleuth out the newest and best products with which to stock the shelves of Market Hall.
Last years' buzz ingredient was Açai - drinks, snacks, cookies and even alcohol were flavored, scented and overflowing with this magical Brazilian drupe. So what will it be this year?
What we really want to know is...what do YOU want us to look for? Every year, we wander the endless aisles, tasting, sniffing and testing thousands of items with the hopes of stumbling upon something we think the store is MISSING. Some ingredient that our customers have secretly wondered why we don't carry! So this is your chance!
