All of our traditional cakes below are available in these sizes except where otherwise noted.
Most cakes displayed in our bakery case are also available by the slice.
For cake orders please give 48 hours notice. If you have less than 48 hours please call the bakery, we have 6" and 8" cakes available in store daily.
Black Magic Cake
Three layers of dark chocolate cake filled with two layers of bittersweet chocolate mousse. Glazed with chocolate ganache and finished with chocolate cake crumbs.
Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake
A luscious flourless cake made with Guittard bittersweet chocolate, fresh cream and a touch of brandy. Finished with a rich chocolate ganache. (gluten free)
Available in store as a small 4" cake to serve 3–5 people, available in custom sizes with 48 hours notice. Available in a variety of pastel colors.
- Vanilla Gem Cake (pictured right): Fluffy white chiffon cake filled with Bavarian cream (vanilla custard) and frosted with vanilla buttercream.
- Chocolate Gem Cake: Fluffy chocolate chiffon cake filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse and a layer of raspberry preserves. Frosted with cream cheese frosting.
Dome-shaped three layer white chiffon cake filled with a generous layer of pastry cream and a thin layer of raspberry preserves. Frosted with Chantilly cream (vanilla flavored whipped cream) and covered with smooth marzipan. Available in a variety of pastel colors. Tres Leches Cake
A traditional Latin American dessert. Sponge cake is drenched in a custard sauce made with condensed milk, evaporated milk, sour cream, eggs and a touch of dark rum, then frosted with whipped cream.
