Every day, our pasta factory produces over 2,000 pounds of fresh egg pasta, ravioli and extruded pasta. After it's made, it is packed and delivered by our trucks to dozens of restaurants, stores and delis all across the Bay Area. Whether you're interested in sheets of freshly-made egg pasta to make your own ravioli, cut sheet pasta for your own dishes or even a ravioli stuffed with your own recipe, we can accomodate your needs.

Our refrigerated trucks deliver daily throughout the Bay Area. Please consult this schedule for your particular area.
San Francisco and East Bay - Daily (Except Sunday)
Marin County - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Peninsula and South Bay - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Contra Costa County - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Napa / Sonoma - Wednesday
