On January 16th, some of the finest cheesemakers in California will converge on our shop in Berkeley for one of the most exciting cheese events of the new year.  They'll be celebrating the release of Clark Wolf's new book, American Cheeses - The Best Regional, Artisan, and Farmhouse Cheeses, Who Makes Them, and Where to Find Them.
