Our weekly menu for April 12-15 and April 19-22 is a celebration of the renowned celebrity chef, Jacques Pépin. From his latest cookbooks Poulets & Légumes: My Favorite Chicken & Vegetable Recipes and A Grandfather’s Lessons: In the Kitchen with Shorey, Market Hall Foods is featuring recipes which highlight French food and cooking with family, such as Chicken Jardiniere and Potato Salad with Mayogrette Dressing (Pepin and his grandaughter’s delightful term, describing a combination of mayonnaise and vinaigrette!).
