Every day, our Oakland kitchen produces over 2,000 pounds of fresh egg pasta, ravioli and extruded pasta. After it's made, it is packed and delivered by our trucks to dozens of restaurants, stores and delis all across the Bay Area.
Whether you're interested in sheets of freshly-made egg pasta to make your own ravioli, cut sheet pasta for your own dishes or even a ravioli stuffed with your own recipe, we can accomodate your needs.
