Blends
Highwire Espresso
Our signature coffee. This is a big espresso with milk chocolate notes. In milk, the sweetness shows beautifully as caramel. We’ve been working hard on Highwire, and are very excited to share it with you. Designed to be equally at home in a pourover, French press or espresso machine, Highwire delivers the whole package: syrupy body, sweetness and a completeness of flavor. We got there by building this blend around some of our favorite coffees. We started with New Guinea Sigri Estate, a coffee that has it all: full, liquid body, crisp high notes and the classic (hazel)nut note that keeps us coming back. We combined the Sigri with a thick, herbal and smooth semi-washed Sumatra, and an aromatic and citric fully-washed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. $16.25
French Roast
Our darkest roast. Though this style has fallen out of fashion in recent years, it remains a favorite among fans of caramelly, mellow cups of coffee that only a skillful dark roast provides. $16

Conscientious Objector
Certified Fair Trade and Organic coffees blended to deliver full flavor and balance. We’ve been enjoying this coffee at a slightly lighter roast than most of our blends, as it highlights crisp, bright and sweet tones and leaves a satisfyingly clean finish. Currently, it features coffees from Honduras, Ethiopia and Sumatra. The combination of these three coffees lifts the cup to something more than the sum of its parts. This blend will change seasonally as tasty new certified coffees become available; in fact, it won’t necessarily always be a blend. When we find a double-certified coffee we love enough, you’ll get a shot at it by itself. $16.50
Italian Roast
Blended to be the perfect wake up cup, this blend features East African, New Guinea and Sumatra coffees. The cup has heavy body with spice and cocoa character. Great dripped or in a French Press. $16.25
Mocha Java
One of the classic blends. We double the natural processed goodness by using Yemen Sanani and Ethiopia Harrar, then add Java for body, balance and heft. Notably fruity and rich, this coffee always stands out. $17.25
Single Origin Coffees
Guatemala Bella Carmona
Antigua coffees get us excited around here. This one has it all; balance, guts, cocoa mouthfeel. Bella Carmona refers to the high mountain (4900-5400 ft. above sea level) wet mill that produced the coffee. The mill has been owned by the Zelaya family since 1908 and is now run by third generation farmer Maria Zelaya. Beans are sourced from several farms in the surrounding area. $17
El Salvador Santa Adelaida
Organic, juicy and sweet. This lovely coffee hails from La Libertad, from Bourbon and Pacas varietals. Grown at 3900-4400 feet above sea level, lighter roast delivers lively brown sugar sweetness. $16.50
Sumatra Crowned Garuda
A fine example of this Indonesian island’s unique coffee character. Dense body and distinctive musty aroma. Fruit flavored with good texture. $16.50
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
This is a classic washed Ethiopia, where the beans are carefully removed from the fruit before sorting and selection to remove defects. Skillful washing emphasizes the inherent qualities of the coffee. Contrast this against natural, where the pulp dries on the beans, layering a pronounced fruity flavor. Ours exhibits “Yirg” characteristic, described as citric and floral. We roast this coffee lighter to emphasize the delicate body and subtler aromatics. $17
Kenya Gatambarara
From the Embu cooperative on the eastern slopes of Mt. Kenya, this coffee delivers a rich cup with good brightness and body. There’s a hint of melon in the fragrance and flavor. $18
Decaffeinated

For folks who want delicious coffee without the caffeine. We combine Ethiopia, Guatemala and Sumatra to create a balanced and fully flavored cup. This coffee will change as new seasonal favorites become available. $16.75
