Our soups are made fresh daily and feature fresh fish, shellfish and housemade fish stocks. These soups are also available in our freezer case, ready to grab and go!

Stocks
We have two stocks available at all times in our grab & go freezer.
Fish Stock
Uses: Base for soups, stews, sauces, Cioppino (Italian seafood stew with a chunky vegetable broth)
$4.00 per quart
Shrimp Stock
Uses: Etouffee (classic Cajun seafood dish with a thick, but smooth base), bisque, sauces, soups, cioppino
$6.00 per quart
*Lobster Stock available during Christmas.
Sauces
We carry 4-5 sauces and marinades at any given time. All made in-house.
$3.99 per half pint.
Soy Ginger Marinade
Uses: Versatile marinade for a wide range of fish: sablefish, swordfish, opah, ono, halibut, fluke, ahi tuna, albacore tuna and hamachi (yellowtail). Marinade fish for one hour, then remove and cook as desired.
Tartar Sauce
Uses: On any fish fried or grilled. (Some of our staff love it on French Fries too!)
Remoulade
Uses: BEST sauce for our housemade crab and fish cakes. Also great for making Shrimp or Crab Louie.
Cocktail Sauce
Uses: Mix with bay shrimp to use on a salad.
Roasted Tomatillo Salsa (only available during summer months)
Uses: Top any grilled or baked fish. Great on whole fish or used as a marinade.
