Join us at The Pasta Shop on Fourth Street for a celebration of California Olive Oil!
From 5 - 6 PM, we'll host a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils and give some lessons on pairing with food. This will be led by Sandy Sonnenfelt of The Pasta Shop and Marsha McBride of Cafe Rouge. Special guest Patty Darragh of the California Olive Oil Council will also be present to discuss the COOC seal and the state of the industry in CA.
From 6 - 7 PM, an incredible group of California extra virgin olive oil producers will be tasting their oils and talking to guests.
