Monday night, a few of us were lucky enough to attend an early screening of the new film from the creator of An Inconvenient Truth called Food Inc. It comes on the heels of books like Fast Food Nation and Omnivore's Dillema but seeing it on the big screen, watching the story unfold on film, really brings home the point of all of these pieces - it is so important now, maybe more than ever in our history, to really understand where our food comes from.
