The Cook's Book Club of 4th Street presents Oyster Culture.

Oyster Culture is about the pleasures of oysters, and the rich intersection between oyster farming and culinary culture in the unique region of West Marin.  Join the Cooks’ Book Club as it hosts authors Gwendolyn Meyer & Doreen Schmid in a discussion about the popular and delicious bi-valve.

The visually stunning book Oyster Culture is entrenched in the local food movement of the Bay area, and features several oyster farms including Tomales Bay Oyster Company and Hog Island Oyster Company.  It includes 18 delicious oyster recipes for the home cook from restaurants and chefs of West Marin including Osteria Stellina, Station House and the Marshall Store.
