September Special Menu: Vietnamese Bowl
This month, we're inspired by Vietnam, a land of rugged mountain peaks, extensive forests, verdant terraced tea farms—and some of the freshest, most temptingly presented food on the planet. A Vietnamese dish is considered complete when it offers an interplay of textures and a taste balance of aromatics, heat, sweet, sour and salty. Our fresh, delicious chicken or tofu bowl hits it just right.

- Vietnamese Chicken Bowl: Romaine lettuce with shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumbers, scallions, bean sprouts, and mint & cilantro leaves;
Topped with Five-Spice-Grilled Chicken Thigh Meat, Rice Noodles and Sriracha dressing.
- Vegetarian Option: Vietnamese Tofu Bowl Romaine lettuce with shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumbers, scallions, bean sprouts, and mint & cilantro leaves;
Topped with Five-Spice-Grilled-Tofu, Rice Noodles and Sriracha dressing.
